Mario eats shrooms

The Super Mario theme is a classic. Many people have made their own versions (including me). Such a theme should be handled properly. It is way too easy to mess it up.
I have noticed in you version the chorus was a bit flat, making the transition into the verse somewhat difficult to listen too. I also want to note the instruments played in this version. The brass drowned most of the other instruments out. I was not able to get a good fix on what was played other than the brass. The drums were generic and a bit plain.
As I listened, I felt a sense of urgency and panic.Not something I want to feel while listing to a song. Too me this version was much too fast paced. The "Island" version was a great idea but poorly executed. It came across as having more of a modern Jazz sound rather than Island

i clicked play right away and the "Maple Story" ad with the Dye your hair and the pigs came up and i cracked up! Great song anyway!

When i listen to this, i think of Mario, Peach, Yoshi, hell, even Bowser playing vollyball or somethin on the beach. it's got that nice, chill, uplifting vibe to it.
