intro to a little set of music i made

this song is basically a full redo of the first song i ever wrote on guitar, so i figured it was fitting to make it the intro

so the story here is that there was once a man who lived a normal life as a soldier in the kings army...till one stormy night as his family and him were asleep he the king sent in a group of soldiers to kill him, they failed...but in the process before being slain themselves they killed his family. the hero now realizes that he's no longer the kings knight, nor pawn, but a checker piece in a game chess as he no longer holds a side for anyone but himself
