Funky, you say? I agree. Fairly funky.

Like the drum kit. Pretty snappy and rhythmic. Good emulation of the actual thing. Should change up the beat every now and again, but it works for it's intended purpose.

Synth works is nice. A little more warmth in the sub (for my tastes, anyway) is needed. Lower octave melody is pretty swank. The off-beat squares kind of bothers me a bit. Could be a little better syncopated methinks (again, that's just me). It works, regardless.

Other than that, can't really comment on the mix. It sounds fine to me. Loops well!
