You can be a DJ. Like a veeeery good one.
How do you master your tracks tho?
I'm glad you enjoy my music!
Honestly it's not about mastering; making a track sound good comes mostly from mixing and composition. I would say a tracks overall quality is roughly 55% composition, 40% mixing and 5% mastering.
If your mixing is fine, mastering is just some slight compression, touch up EQ based on referencing other audio systems and tracks, a limiter and maybe slight saturation will do the trick.
If you want to learn about mixing, it's all about making stuff fit together properly and sounding good in all audio systems. It takes a lot longer to explain so I'm not going to bother, but look up "Izotope mixing guide". It's super in depth.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
