More like an experiment to me. If you have a SSTV decoding software, you'll find an image of Flandre Scarlet looking cute (AKA the cover of the disk of this song). Credit where it's due.
Pretty much my first attempt at introducing a SSTV transmission into music. Inspired by that penis song.
