I love the song. The name definitely fits the song: It's like you just barely beat the final boss only to find out there's another form! By then you'd be harrowed by fighting, and be in trouble! I'd love to use this in one of my games. And I don't put just any song in my games.
The discord fits a boss after you're on your last 25% of health, the music gives a sense of urgency and danger, I give it a 5/5.
