Hey guys, I'm currently recording and polishing my upcoming self-titled debut album, "Christopher Tom," here's a demo of track 2, "Turkish Chinchilla."

That's groovy, the vocals really threw me for a loop, I think it's the way most of the starting lyrics are read, kudos on keeping the words metered well! Maybe one or two lines could've been more clearly pronounced.
Lyrics are a 10/10, as are the interesting lyrical intonations. Not too crazy about how the tin can effect turned out, but it's just above par, or maybe the instrumentals are so clear and sharp... but that also adds up to be a good combo. Audio engineering aside, I'd love to hear this on the radio!

Thanks! That means a lot. Regarding the tin can effect, I'm not so sure about how that came out either. For this and one other song, I sung through my practice guitar amp to get a bit of a lo-fi gritty effect like The Strokes, so that's why it sounds like it does.

I would ask questions, but I believe I will just let you know that this song is batshit grade A awesome. It's quirky and upbeat and I feel good and now I also want a Turkish Chinchilla.
