But one thing very important your voice is Swallowed up in the music, make in in the "front".
use a compresor to make it. and maybe add some reverb / dealy another effects on the voice!

As time goes on I'm becoming more confident with singing songs, so naturally I'm enjoying making them more often as well.
New Dawn was a very spontaneous song in that I had written the lyrics a few hours prior to even starting composing the music, and somehow the lyrics managed to remain in their original design without even one word needing to be changed to match the music.

Thanks mate, I appreciate the feedback. Although I did add reverb to the vocals I think at points it might've been a little too much which could be why the lyrics seem to be drowned out by the music lol live and learn as they say. =)
