I got the idea for this piece from the song Jingle Bells (of all things) or rather from having to practice it over and over again for piano lessons. So it a sort of retaliation for the endless hours of torture.=)

I'm glad you brought that up. I've heard it so many times now I forgot it may not sound to others like it does for me. =)
I took the basic structure of the song and changed the melody to a minor key. Of course, I took some liberties with the melody itself due to the fact that there are a lot of repetitive notes throughout the actual song.
