I liked the funky instruments and those pulsing chords. The drums were cool too. I think you should've emphasized the changes a little more at :48. Those melodic variations are very quiet in the mix, but you also might just need to EQ things a bit more. The melody at 1:24, however, came through just fine. I like it a lot, but I think it would work better as a full-length piece. I would put in a breakdown, then bring back some more melodic variation for a final climax. ;) Overall good job. Keep at it, man! ^^
