Honestly I really enjoyed this little tune. Something about is distinctly, if not obviously, Nurgle-Like and I feel that the fast tempo is really reminiscent of just how Fast a virus can really spread between people. This would make good music for anything from a zombie role playing game to probably, and I think it sounds like the quality of, The Binding of Isaac. It uses a nice wide set of "illness" sounds ranging from hacking to wheezing to sneezing, and it's the little things that add to something like this. Plague outta 10.
