Our hero leaves the village up north, to end this, once and for all.

This is my last submission this year. Thank you everyone for a fantastic 2014. May the next year be even better!

Very nice! It is a bit spooky and nice

[Changing a review.]

Thought of Harry Potter when I heard the spooky piano parts.
And also Pirates of the Caribbeans (but I know I'm not the only one here) for the main part.

I like the use of 4:3 (or 4/3 or whatever this rhythm is called).

For the rest... nothing much to say. Everything here flows very well, none of the transitions seem artificial at all (which is, in my opinion, not really noticeable but very hard to achieve) and you realise that the part from 1:46 to 4:02 is just... like... a huge bridge that suddenly brings you straight back to the moment where the epic fight begins, in a matter of seconds.

As if the final battle consisted first in an epic fight, then in "playing" hide-and-seek with your enemy, and finally in fighting again.

waterflame is a god

Objectively this is a very good song, although a bit of a different spin on what you would expect a "final battle" to be. I like that though! It's just... I've heard this song thousands of times trying to beat acropolis... well GG me! Just looked this up to use in the completion video, and decided to leave a review ;)

Awesome! You never know if this will be used as a final boss music!
