'SynchroSpectre - Sky Spirit (A Midnight Dream VIP)'

Yay! I figured out how to do these drums. This song wasn't mastered that well (I'm kinda new to this genre), so get your headphones or speakers, bump up the volume and lower the bass, if you want to, for the full enjoyment ;)

The first Synchro Spectre release. This is a remake of my old Drum and Bass song: A Mid-Night Dream. I took the beep noise and added it into a Sci-Fi, Dream, New Age environment. The real name of the Genre would be Instrumental or New Age but Newgrounds doesn't have it so oh well.

This was the song I always played in my head since I was 13. I've always wanted to do drums like these but I never knew how. I don't even know what it was called. I couldn't simply "Google" how to do a certain drum pattern. But I managed, so here it is. Turns out it was just a freaking hip-hop beat with some phaser snares and a wicked crazy flanged, phased...something hats. And yes all the string parts are different for each part. If you listen closely, the melodies in the orchestral section are different in various parts of the song. I accidentally came up with that badass piano part (3:30) when I accidentally pasted the electronic bass an octave too low but it created a nice clearance for any mid-ranged sound to play in. So I added in a Piano part to play along with it and it went nicely. The inspiration for that alien noise that plays during the last half of the main part of the song came from a song called Track 02 (beautiful name) of Star Defender 3, except I had the melody go my way.
