This isn't really House music. What your making falls along with Dance music.
House is more progressive. Look up "Matt Lange - So Cliche" for what House music sounds like.
You got to work on introducing new melodies. You keep adding this "build up" and it leads to the same main section of your song. It kinda makes the track somewhat boring.
Your comment on "sounding weird" is probably because this track isn't mixed properly. I suggest learning how to EQ and learn how to balance your volumes.
