Progressive trance with a couple interesting transitions. Almost feels like you're walking in the sky. :) Hope you enjoy this short little piece before I finish and release Load EP!

I like how there's a difference between the NG version and the EP version of Skywalker. On the latter, there's a sudden dubstep switch before the outro.
Amazing :D
And in said outro, the arpeggio seems slightly different. Don't know if it's just me, but I definitely hear a difference.
(Sorry for this not being a proper review.)

Lockyn responds:

Oooh, you're the first one to tell me they noticed! :D Glad you liked the little easter egg. It's a nice little change for those who downloaded on bandcamp. Cheers!

Men :3 This song... Is epic and... How? How? How you make this amazings songs? I love your songs :3

Lockyn responds:

I'm glad you enjoyed! just lots of experimentation and experience I guess :)

You know what? New favorite artist. Right here, right now. xD Really, you're amazing. At 1:04, the pixelated sound in the background that lasts through the whole song is just amazing.

Lockyn responds:

Seriously dude don't make me blush yo. I'm glad you liked it, this one was pretty rushed so it's definitely not up to par with my others... glad you liked it anyways.

Feels like I'm on methamphetamine when listening to this! Piano part is fricken awesome BTW. It literally makes you feel high

Lockyn responds:

Don't do too much! ;D Seriously though, thanks so much for the review on this old thing. Glad you liked it so much. :) Cheers!

I'm in a strange enough mood to not want to type out a large review like usual, but I really like the piano melody, and that bass around 2:40 that reminds me of old synthpop in a good way. I also like the electronic hits and pads throughout.
Half a star is taken off for a few things, and most of the reasons I can't even identify, but helpfully I say that some of those windy sweeps can be too loud compared to the often quite dropdowns before them.

Also, it's weird you said you aren't knowledgable about other ways of making sounds. Not only is that not true (Bastion, which I've just remixed for myself, uses a single Tamba or something with effects to create large parts of the track) but also I am the opposite: I find I spend more time fiddling with synths than mastering, mixing, rendering and publishing combined!

Oh, and look, I've gone on and on for ages once again... Anyway I want to say as a last note that the combination of emotive arps and sounds at 01:00-ish is just brilliant. Not sure if I'm hinting to do that again, or just putting it out there.

Lockyn responds:

Haha, don't worry - I've been in that mood for a while. Especially since I haven't much time with finals... UGH

Old synthpop!? Awsum.

Haha, cools! I'm glad you think so about my sound making skills - it means I'm doing okay with my meager skills xD Synthing does take up a majority of the time - I find myself spending the most time on mixing and automation work, with mastering a close second.

Aww, thanks man :') Wow, you read my mind! ;) Want me to let you in on a secret? *scoots closer* I'm making a melodic dubstep VIP mix of this... WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
