This would fit an RPG very well, almost horribly well
I'm getting a wintery town that is open to strangers, with a lot of nice and hardworking people along with an inn that's home to all kinds of festivities
I like your interpretation of the song, very nice! Thanks for listening. :)
It fits together well and sets the mood for a terrific story!
It's always good to know that I've been able to achieve that particular goal of setting the appropriate mood! Thanks! :)
Speaking about JRPGs, it reminds me most of Secret of Mana, because of the chromatic percussion and the mystic mood. The synth lead seems a little out of place amongst all of those orchestral instruments I think. Not that it sounds bad.
There's a game I haven't played in a long, long time. I actually can't even remember the soundtrack to Secret Mana, so perhaps I should go back and check it out again!
I can see what you mean about the synth I used, it is a bit of a misfit in some aspects. but in others I think it shines quite nicely. Thanks for the review SourJovis! :)
This would really be great for a JRPG of some kind or another LOL. This is great! Sounds like something you'd get out of a Square Enix or Level 5 soundtrack!
That's awesome to hear! The fact that you're comparing this to something out of a Square Enix or Level 5 soundtrack means a lot! Thanks for listening Aero. :)
When I listen to this song I see a frozen city located inside a cavern where the villagers are hard at work. the echoing bells give sort of a cave vibe.
Very nice composition Neon! Can't wait to hear what you'll write next.
I really like the image of an underground city encased in ice, with the citizens toiling on with work! Thanks for listening Mattashi, I appreciate your take on the song! :)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
