I had a conversation the other day with a friend of mine, and it led me to question why there isn't a type of music called Catch & Release. Because there should be. With that in mind, I wrote this.

It's a little repetitive, but I wanted to keep it simple.

So, what defines 'Catch and Release' as something separate and unique? Thanks for posting.

MercuryMalign responds:

I'm still trying to figure that out for myself. I had strayed, quite substantially, from what my original intentions were. I wanted to write something that felt broken. A song with missing melodies, harmonies, and rhythms, written in such a way that your brain automatically fills it in. If that's making any sense; I'm babbling a bit.

For the most part, though, it was just me thinking that 'Catch and Release' would be a cool name for a genre or subgenre of music. It was a relatively incomplete thought. Thanks for Reviewing!
