Amazing! It sounds progressive and is so pretty! I like also the persian style and the acoustic sounds in this techno. Man, you are amazing ;)
For RAC 07. Iran entry.
Since too many people go for traditional music, I decide to do something on the common ground.
I use time signature 5/4 for the action theme. Persian scale is heavily used, although I added other half tone notes. Sasaniyan is stood for the Sassanid Army, the Persian fearless warriors.
Traditional instrument used: tar, santur, tanbur & ney.
Portamento was used for most of the string instruments. They are just normal solo violin/cello.
Tracked in ModPlug.
Instruments from SIDizer, EastWest Stormdrum 2, RA & Symphonic Orchestra

the first part is slow, however it gets more amazing near the middle and ending.
Danke
Sounds great. Coincidentally two weeks ago I made a 5/4 song with Persian scale. What are the odds? (I know you made this earlier, but I only heard it just now) Very unusual music. I like that. The instruments sound very good. The synthetic and acoustic sounds blend well. Maybe the electronic instruments are a bit too clean and inorganic for my taste. I didn't like the kick when it first kicked in. But when you know where the song is going it isn't so bad. I'm glad it never turns into a pop song. Not too fond of Iranian pop songs. It's very dark, cinematic and nice. Just the way I like it. Good job.
Thank you for the detail response, SourJovis. :) I should go to check out your songs too.
Really love how you blended techno with traditional music in this.
Thanks for the comment, JJM121.
Dude... sounds like "Pince of Persia" battle theme... which is not a bad thing.. I totally loved the fact you used persian scales.. like WingoWiston mentioned earlier. It's a very risky step.. you used "persian string" for the melody... Loved it.! Spot on! 4/5
Thanks.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
