Korobeiniki is a sad folk song/poem tells the story of love of between a peddler and a girl. (Wikipedia)

In modernday it become an iconic theme of the Russian game Tetris, which fucking Japanese claimed copyright.

Tetris copyright by the Jap in 90s. Korobeiniki copyleft by Russian in 19th century. Therefore the Japs can go home!

Composed by Nikolay Nekrasov. Re arrange by Waffles (me :D). OpenMPT.

Korobeiniki sounds way less Russian than it should, the word, not the song

I have a version sung by the red army choir I believe and it is so EPIC. This song rocks on all counts. Totally picked up the Copyleft and Copyright reference so don't feel your joke has gone unwasted haha.
Really liked the strings in this, I can imagine how much more epic this would sound with real instruments. Kick ass job.

Has a very Russian feel, even beyond the fact that it's a Russian song. Very impressive work using OpenMPT as a DAW. It might be a bit nicer if the tempo went up for a bit.

Keep up the awesome work.
