So I was messing around with the resynthesis presets in Harmor and I was reminded how fucking perfect I think the dude's voice that does the speaking on the time stretching thing is. So I fiddled with that, added effects, found a random drone sample, resynthesized that, then added drums and an arp.

To explain my reasoning for the broken up droning throughout the song (best heard as the first instrument to come in), go listen to "Brick" by Andrew Bayer Feat. Alison May. Mine is much simpler than that one, but when i heard the sample, that is what I thought of.
