The music I've been complimented of being told before has a "Trent Reznor" feel to it. I penned lyrics [more like type! =3] to this song while still going to Valdosta State University's Odom Library frequently... which by the way is where I learned of Wikipedia.org and eventually decided that I'd rather work and begin learning what I wanted about Performing Arts and Public Figures instead of following a pre-designed and standardized college course -- again.
I was feeling burnt out after 16 credit
hour semesters at Darton in Albany, Georgia,
for just over two and a half years. o.o
The raw energy of this track may intrigue some and may
put off others but the point of this song was to relay how
at the time... I was feeling.
Cakewalk Kinetic, ACID and Audacity were the programs
I was best was able to use at this time when it came to
Digital Audio Workstations with Cakewalk Kinetic being
my basis of composition with aide from Sony ACID 6.0.
Later I would begin to use Audacity more frequently
to re-create audio bits and vocal hits however...
this track is pretty straight forward.
Yesterday I uploaded the second version of this track
named "The Wrong Room (Unlocked Original Mix)."
There is a MIDI REso-Guitar riff that does appear in
the "Unlocked Original Mix" that does not appear
in the original version (this version) -- BUT... this track
has a RAW feel to it that just feels "right on."
The original length of this track actually came out
to be "7 minutes and 47 seconds + some decimal.
It's pretty interesting that about 4 years later--
one of my biological brothers would end up
working with Boeing! XD
By the way -- I am well aware some people may be
curious about the "Never Lost" and "Unlocked" thing.
Both "Never Lost" and "Unlocked" were two albums
which I decided to pretty much "shelve" (over 20 songs) because for a long time I thought I was going to run a big professional record company and make all kinds of money from it and create a career and living for myself --
but simply didn't. =) Instead I began working
at a Video gAme Arcade, then DJ'ed at a Skating Rink,
Then served Tables at a Restaurant and... welp!
My passion for the music lead me to what I would do 4 years
after creating this song during 2010 with Angel Arc LOVE Records. Now still releasing free music,
but also studying Culinary Arts in college.
[Fun fun fun =3]
Please feel free to enjoy the original version of
"The Wrong Room" initially completed for your listening pleasure March 15th, 2006 ^_^
Stay ROCKIN' Everybody! =D
