Still experimenting with Shreddage, this time with a more indie rock/sadcore-like sound.
Enjoy :)

Everything was cool till those drums came in. They're way too quiet and just not what I was expecting to hear with the guitar. I wish I could just play a set to show you what I think would fit better, lol. But less crash, actually none. No crash. Just a raw kick with a punching snare and an open hat. Have the beat start out simple and slowly evolve into more fills and improvising as you build the song.

Anyway, the song itself was super chill, I like the main guitar melody. Everyone's visualizations of a city match very well, haha. Good work. :D

I know I should totally need to upgrade or replace the acoustic drums, in fact, I treat them as placeholders like they're from a general MIDI soundfont or something.
Thanks for the tips ^^

Nice feels like theres a dark setting to it

KKSlider60 responds:

Yeah, there's a slightly dark undertone in those few chords and distortion. :)

Sounds like it could be really epic song for some kind of desert city or something! Really awesome with that guitar coming up later on. Made it get more atmosphere!
Great work

KKSlider60 responds:

Thanks! I'm really enjoying this virtual guitar. I thought of a downtown at a summer night, you know, a bit slummy, dark but fairly enjoyable for a walk...
