I hear good appendages!
The mood is sad, the use of silent moments is good, its minimalistic - all things that i like.
What i think is not so good is:
- the track ends very abrupt without some fadeout. I have read this in other reviews of your pieces already, that means nothing new to you.
- What i really think could boost the track on a higher level is the integration of a midsection with more movement and maybe some drums / smooth bass-synths. I think it could create more variety and improve the feeling of sadnes when you get back to the solopiano, that will sound much more lonely / sad then before the end and will improve the sad feeling you have after listening.
I think if you work the piece over a little bit it can become a good one. Hope the review was helpful to you. Just keep goin on :D
Very good work man :D. Your stuff just keeps getting better. It sound like you've put some reverb fx sends on your tracks. It ends rather abruptly though. Let the reverb fow for about 6 odd seconds then automate the volume to fade out after 3-4 of those seconds. This is killer apart from that :DD Hope to hear some more amazing tracks soon!
Yeah, it was a mistake with the bounce on my part, I'm still making the mistake of not bouncing the end where it would still reverb today xD
:(((((((((( just sad and epicness with a side order of crying and there is something missing the epic/sadness button
Thanks, feel free to check out some of my other songs if you want.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
