So I kinda whipped this up in about two hours of double music at school. I'm gonna take the reverb off the drums and, more importantly, finish it. Hence the fact it cuts off.

This'll be Menu BGM for the planned fighting game, but which part of the menu it'll be used for, idk. Maybe when it says 'PRESS START' or something before you go to the menu after the opening cutscene, this can play.

It just goes to show what I can accomplish in two hours.
Also, I think this piano sound I use is gonna become really iconic.


Love the piano in this song. Everything fell into place nicely but what killed it for me was the ending. This would make a great loop with two changes: Change it from a song to a loop, and try getting rid of the reversed high-hat at the end (or respective percussion instrument) .

Well, it's not really gonna loop, as if the player doesn't press start, it'll just play the opening cutscene again, that's why it cuts off, as by then, the opening will replay.

Though I can work on a looped version for the menu, and for people who really like the song, and I'll make it a bit longer before it cuts off so that people have a chance to listen to it a bit more before the opening replays.

As for the reversed cymbal at the end, it's kind of a running theme I have going for this song. It'll lead on to a normal cymbal when I extend it, like it did when the percussion kicks in.
