My big issues are these:

It's as repetitive as a techno song. The tempo doesn't work either. It's not that you're playing with tempo it's that it's... wrong. It's off beat in the wrong kind of way. Jazz is often syncopated, off beat itself isn't bad. But yours was off beat in an irregular and awkward way, rather than in a way that makes sense.

Work out those tempos and the repetitiveness. Additional problems include the choice of notes, which sometimes clashed with the dee-dum of your guitars.

I don't know...

It's cool that it was fun to make however there are many flaws or problems that can be associated with the song. For one your beat wasn't constant which screwed your tempo. The saxophone sounded rather awkward when it came in and many of the sounds were misplaced in an unnatural way. The ending was rather sudden and was disorganized, and had a random drum as well as a misplaced ride symbol. Unfortunately I don't know what type of studio your running so i can't help you with any issues with that. Again it's nice to know you had fun with this, however please attempt to make a song have good quality before putting it in this lovely audio portal for the world to see. Have a good day.
