This song sort of spawned itself while I was trying to create a different one.

Nevertheless, it is worth a spot in my list of official songs. Please rate and comment on this. You will receive a response and some attention from me in return!

I listen to this song, it takes me back to the final days of basic training in the Army in 2004. On Sundays in the final days we got time to go church; I'd always volunteer to guard the barracks and clean. I recall falling asleep and hearing other battalions drilling and their voices would carry across the South Carolina hills like that echo. So odd how a song can take you places you've otherwise forgotten.

Fubaka responds:

That is definitely an interesting callback there. Glad you were able to extract that from my piece.

Mmmmm....sleepy...

I actually fell asleep during the song, a testament to the soothing calmness of the piece. I don't know if it's just me or the song was just a little dull, something to change it would have been nice. Make it evolve...

But anyway, great song, little dull, but if you were going for soothing and calm...well you got it!

Fubaka responds:

It is good to find music you can actually sleep to, and I am glad this one can do the job.

The song does sound a bit repetitive, as all ambient music tends to by description, but it does do a fair amount of evolving if you listen closely enough.

Thank you for your comment, and have a lovely day.

Very calm

Hurhurhur, you wanted more feedback? YOu get more feedback xD

It' nicely calm, I like the harmony. :3
It might be my taste but again I think it's repeating a little bit too repeating. But as I said, that might be my taste.
Again I also like the intersting little change in the melody, beginning somewhere in the middle.
The small echoing sound is good placed, too.

I can't say much more.
I will look at your other tracks too ^^

Fubaka responds:

Yes! More feedback! Delicious feedback!

Whether you enjoy songs that are repeating or not is entirely dependent on your musical tastes. Repeating like this is common in most genuine Ambient music, and is almost always necessary to generate atmosphere.

This is why there is such a prominent divide between people who enjoy this kind of music, and people who do not.

Very Dreamlike

Great piece of work! A nice & rather tranquil soundscape, perfect soundtrack for a Sunday morning. The synth pads kinda reminds me of Brian Eno. Keep the tracks coming! Listening to this has made me want to get behind the synths again!

Looking forward to hearing more!

Fubaka responds:

Thank you for saying so! I will attempt to make some more songs soon!

peaceful

im getting a message of peace from this little.....piece. wat studio site/area do you use?

Fubaka responds:

That's a good message to get from this thing.

I use FL Studio to make all my songs. I might change to a different program at some distant future point, though.
