experimental ambient rock thing. i started off messing around with glockenspiels over some rain noise and it turned into this. i recorded the guitar tracks. i programmed everything else with built in logic pro synths.
so um.. listen? k (:

Interesting; unique

Honestly, this piece would go extremely well with certain horror video games (except I must add for the exceedingly loud electric guitar!)

Also---I don't know if you did this---but changing the velocity on the drums would have given them a much more human feel.

Not bad though. The start of the song was my favorite by far. It had a calming yet slightly eerie aura about it.

If I were a game developer (I am by no means) I would have asked for the first two minutes or so, only with softer and slightly more dynamic drum sequences.

Keep up the good work. :)

its not quite the same...

when im at home, and it starts raining in the middle of the night, and i know theres not going to be a tornado or anything, i like to go out on my porch, sit in my little swing chair and just listen/watch the storm... its extremely calming.

and the parts with the real sounds gives it a light drizzle kind of feel, but the music you put with it feels much too harsh for... i don't know the "weight" of the storm.

so when you say your going for an ambient rock sort of thing, i was kind of expecting a sort of "Laguna sunrise" type thing, but all in all the song wasn't bad but i think if you did another with a much thicker downpour and put your music to that it would fit SO much better.

my family loves the sound of rain.. if you could make more that'd be sweet

YO man!!

Maaan this is GREAT! Nothing to say

not bad at al.

i liked the use of the real rain and thunder. but i feel as tho the song shouldn't have tuned out the underlaying rain so much.

but i still liked it.
