there's not too many happy Metal songs out there so here's one. basically it's about having so much freedom that all your troubles are gone and you just do as you please without harm to anyone else. it's a nice theme. i didn't know what else to add to the song so it feels kinda naked. but i guess i could upload another version when i get more ideas.
(edit) lowered the volume of the drum track and raised the guitar track a little.
Guitar is a little dull
The only major problem I have with this track is that the guitar is so dull, I feel like it's a beautiful riff but it's so murky in some parts, make it brighter and it'd be perfect. For an analogy, its like a blurry photo of Megan Fox; you know it's hot but you just cant see it completely (the guitar I mean, the rest of the song is great).
hahaha! that's a very nice comparison. well i guess i should work on that huh? i need that pod everyone uses. i use a metal zone pedal which is good, but not the best. thanks for the review!

i enjoyed the guitar and a couple of the things you did with the drums. did you use FL studio to make them? i would suggest building up the beginning... it's too much too quick... and i take it that's what you were going for, but it sounds terrible to someone that first puts the song on not knowing what to expect.. especially because they are such low quality samples. besides that i liked it.. def needs vox, a real good breakdown, and a serious guitar solo. keep working on it.
Well possibly "like you said" to someone who won't expect it. but i like the song that way it is. and trust me...this is the best it's gonna get for now...so enjoy it!

Hey man ! That got a LOT of potential, I like the Africa kind of beat at the start, thats ingenius! All you need is to get a better guitar sounds (GUITAR RIGS)! Drop the sound of the drum lik -15% ! Then that will be twice better!
yea. but you gotta admit, the guitar sounds pretty good compared to all my other songs. sure i'll lower the drums and alter the guitar a little. thanks for the review man. glad you liked it.
