This one's a bit more catchy and intricate, but I don't think that makes it any *better* than IceWalker's (Naked), at least not as far as I'm concerned. I actually like the Naked version with just the piano and bass line more so. I think the instruments kind of stiffle the clean and uncomplex song. The snare is dominating and the synthasizer melds into the piano strokes and doesn't make them sound quite as nice.
Just my li'l 'ol opinion, though.

The snare was probably dominating because I had crap speakers when making it, and it poorly represented the drums, so I put a lot of effects N junk on the drums to make it loader and more prominent.
