Also contains a bit of another (completely unrelated) game's GAME OVER music (since, if you didn't play either the song of time, or oath to order, you got a game over after hearing this song for about 5 minutes).

This is pretty much the saddest song in the game, and it plays to let you know "hey, everyone is going to DIE unless you do something".

I had just finished doing the Kafei quest on the wii virtual console version, so I was forced to hear it and i was inspired, so to speak. Again, this mix hardly deviates from the original music at all (it arpeggiates, but I'm not a fan of changing the original melody much). My favorite part is the transition to a great beat, but you're free to like (or dislike) whatever you want =)

Way awesome, liked the way you got the darkness of the original but still had a nice bit of difference at the end.

Very neat.

Not quite how I remember it, but it works pretty well.

rockmasterflex69 responds:

Right, we always remember the high-pitched oscillating sound, but this is something I noticed more on my newer tv playing the Virtual Console version, the incredibly sad background music.

Something about RF audio just doesn't cut it.

Not bad

It was pretty well done, and although I'm not especially fond of the style, it's certainly well done. I feel that this has done justice to the original song, even if it completely deviates from the style and atmosphere of the game itself.
