Not bad, but mistaken.

As was said, it's a good remix, sounds almost exactly like the original, but you're wrong about which song it is. This is a remix of "Going the Distance", which was the song playing during the first Rocky vs. Apollo fight. Just to make sure, I'll watch Rocky II again when I get the chance, but I'm pretty sure that song doesn't appear other than in that and a remix in the credits of Rocky I.
