This is something I've had on the backburner for awhile and finally got around to working on it some more. It not final yet. I want to work more on the intro and transitions and do some more tweaking in terms of volumes and instruments. I'm hoping someone can give me some good feedback as far as changes. Thanks for listening.

liked it for a bit

I was really liking this until 0:38. It got good again at 1:04. That one section sounds like a totally different song that got amped up too much. When you bring that theme back in, it sounds better. The percussion was good, but i think if you added a luittle more of different stuff to it, it would be beneficial. The sounds were great.

And i loled at the title.

Yeah, I admit the connection between the parts is awkward at best. Whenever I get back to this I'll have to work on making it sound more cohesive. I'll see what I can do about the drums as well. Thanks for the review.

on the contrary

i feel a moral obligation to prevent people from becoming slaves to a super strong bass kick, as suggested by treysen, personally, i think the piece would ebb and flow a lot more if some parts had less percussion parts because everything has lots of really cool sounds but its all squashed together, kinda like a butterfly in a blender. im not saying its bad, but sometimes people want to see the wing bit pasted against the wall.

back to my point about the song. its ok to have a strong bass kick. just make sure it gets stronger and weaker throughout the song or it sounds like a middle school dance.

idk if this song quite gives the sense of a butterfly in a blender? lol, but it goes from one ear to the other in a way that I think is sweet. :)
