One of my MAC9 - VaLOLtines submissions. This one is about thinking back to a great time with your good friend or girlfriend (or both...?) and enjoying the thought more than the experience itself. Sometimes you don't know how it good it was until you reminisce!
Classical guitar, steel string guitar, bass, brazilian ganza (shaker), "bongos" (tapping on the back of my guitar) are all played acoustically and recorded with my Sterling Audio condenser mic. The rest was played rather than programmed but recorded through MIDI.
EDIT: This came second in the Valentines competition, thanks very much to the judges. Make sure you listen to the song that came first: "You Make Me Feel Like..." by Sorohanro. Its damn awesome (dammit :P)!
first review on a truly epic piece
i loved this! this is probably the most relaxing thing i can think of besides... umm... stargazing at the beach. sadly, i live nowhere near the beach and ive done that only once, so ima get this on my mp3 playa and go sit up on my roof :D
once again, loved it! im going to listen to all ur other songs as well!

The title and music are matching up with what you're trying to make people feel pretty good. For my taste as a slight perfectionist it gets a tad to busy in the bridge/near end part. For me that kind of makes the thought to 'sweet'. Might have been your intention, maybe not. Therefor a 9.5.
Thing is... I can't give you a 9.5 so you'll have to do with a 10/10 and a 5/5. Is that ok with you?
