Amazing
When was almost done listening to the song i started thinking that there was no way you would be able to possibly Loop it, and you looped it perfectly.
I might try to use this for an RPG i am trying to make.
Play time is becoming rarer as life goes on, but music will never die.
I decided to try an approach whereby percussion was completely omitted in favour of using echo and stepped harmonics to drive the music forward. I have also decided to use recorded, then effected, sounds for background texture. For example, the wispy noises heard, that start before the piano enters, is my fingers scratching and tapping the surface near my microphone.
This music conjours the image in my mind of somebody walking through a forest at twilight, with haunting shadows in every corner, will-o wisps dancing between trees, and a low mist circling the feet. Despite the setting the traveller has no fear of his surroundings and is quite at home amongst the eeriness of the locale. Let's see what you decide.

Wonderful
This piece is very well made. When I listen, I imagine 1: A frozen tundra, 2: Someone wandering through a trance-like dream state, and 3: An eons-old, crumbling city, forgotten by the world. A true work of mastery.
Beautifully crafted.
This is a great ambient piece, it loops perfectly. I like the background synth and the "electric" sound that goes with it. Then the piano arrives and complements the song and makes it as a whole.
This makes me think about 1- a hunted house scenery, similar to your midnight forest one, and 2- an abandoned robot/ics factory, filled with technological wonders and discovery to whom ever dares enter.
Great work Grumbleduke. It's good to see you submitting again, i know about time becoming rarer as i am a victim of time myself :D
Excellent
This is a great ambient piece. Would love to use this if I worked with flash. I also love the sound effects.
You put this whole thing together very well, kudos.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
