i have been listeniung to this song on loop for about half an hour
does that say anything about it
great hand work
hjope tp hear more original music and covers from you
A cover of yann tiersen's great piece "La Valse d'Amelie". It's very hard to play, especially on an old keyboard so please forgive my few mistakes and sometimes a bit rough notes... I also added some instruments.
It took me a long time to practice this song so don't be too mean with voting or you'd better start taking piano lessons to experience the hardness of this...

thanks a lot. you'll certainly hear more from me :)
Quite nice
I've heard of it's difficulty. Def. done beautifully. Loved the rubato that was added. Man I miss reviewng your stuff, I always feel better after giving review like this, because I can't bitch about anything!! The strings were well done and as always, your piano skills never cease to amaze me. Keep doing awesomely!!
Heh
Even though it's been 8 years since, I've never forgot the main theme, ever. Amelie was one of those movies that reach out and touch you. Great re-make, max score for yu.
hey thanks :)
by the way, you're the 100th person that has added me to his favourite artist list, thanks for that :)
Nice!
As a not piano player, I cannot appreciate the difficulty of this... oh well
Excellent Performance
I really like this song, and your performance is amazing. Something I really like about pianos is that one person can cover such an expanse of sound with one instrument, and I feel that you used this very well. It started off great, and as the song evolved I felt like I just wanted to sit back and let the song wash over me. That would be nice.
I can't tell you how much I envy you. I've been practicing the piano for a year now and I'm still nowhere near the skill you have. One day I hope to play this, but until then I can only listen to your performance.
Umm... very nice job with the strings, by the way. I felt those fit in quite well, and they didn't do anything to overtake the piano.
Very nice job, keep up the good work!
