Soooo, I re-uploaded this one due to someone dropping by after about 3 minutes of it being up and handing me a nice 2 and no constructive criticism. Gotta love it when that happens - I don't care if you think it's bad but please leave some suggestions.

Anyways, this is the final version here. Added a couple more voices and used some different effects. Other than that it's mostly the same. Listened to the song on a bunch of different systems and I mixed/mastered accordingly.

It's a pretty nice song, but it seems more ambient then techno : / And I like to beginning where it sounds like your actually entering a club.

Yea, I did this one awhile back and I think I could have done much better with it in retrospect. The reason I put it into techno was that the beat was just a bit much for ambient. But if there was an ambient techno area, I would have definitely thrown it in there. Thanks for dropping by and listening and thank you for the comments.

wow

Man i gotta say this is probably one of the most soothing techno's ever...i mean it's just mellow and calm, not to hard but it's great over all. it could use some more hard beat's into the mix but it's just fantastic.

Thanks for the review Java, I'm glad you liked this one. I do try to separate myself from the normal techno that's out there. At least then I don't sound like every other post up here. It definitely relaxes you and I'm proud of this song. I'll let you know if I post more along these lines. Thanks again!

surprising

this actually surprised me. i liked the piano variations. and the title is fitting. i can totally picture a bunch of shots to this. which i normally can't do with techno pieces. though! this is a rather different techno piece. i still like it. i think i might actually make a music video to it or something. if that's cool with you.

I love the intro...

I voted five.
Though the song does get a tad repetitive,(maybe some fx needed?) I give it a ten because it departs from the norm in techno, and because the piano is awesome!
Techno isn't usually relaxing, but I found this to be very soothing.
Good job!

Thanks Pants, I appreciate your review. I do need to go back and add a couple flourishes here and there. I do hope (when making techno at least) to depart from the norm because you hear a lot of the same on here in those types of genres. While they're good, it's nice to have something different.
