Title: Empyrean Intervention

The Empire knew what was going on, with their spy network they were able to figure out the Capital's plan on summoning the Gods of the Empyrean Age.

Just as the summoning proceeded, the Empire ordered a full scale attack on the Capital in hopes of preventing their worst nightmare to occur.

Blasting their way through the streets, plowing down civilians and blasting buildings to dust in desperation they reached the core of the main Castle's underground summoning grounds. But they were too late. The gods had been successfully called upon just in time.

And so they arrived, after thousands of years in slumber, the five glorious, glimmering godly entities crashed down in the city, going into full attack in the very moment of arrival, blasting the Empire's fiends, Alchemists, Sorcerers and soldiers.

Their radiant power blinded their foes as they prevented the total annihilation of the entire Capital.

But unfortunately, more than half of the population had been destroyed, and the enemy had yet to be stopped on their own turf. The Empire were close to developing their own gods which could change the entire outcome of this seemingly endless war.

With the five Gods of the Empyrean age once again at their side, hope was still on the horizon. But at what cost? The Dragoon Legion, Soldiers and Magicians from all corners of the world started to gather in hopes of preventing the Empire once and for all.
