This is an improved version of a song I originally did in a 2HB battle in Battle of the Bits (https://battleofthebits.com/arena/Entry/i+want+you+near+me.mp3/66909/), where we tried to do love songs in a period of 2 hours. I hosted that tiny compo btw lol.
This version is how i kind of had the song sounding on my head for a while now, i wanted it to be more rock but I still want it to be heartfelt and emotional along with that sweet digifu synth feel in it.

80s vibes
Very nice song. The melody and progression gives off a classic "love in the face of danger" vibe and the synths give this song a wholesome retro charm. You could have extended this with maybe an alternate progression break and it would have not hurt the song one bit.
