This was a track done for a mod made as a part of a personal take on Isaac's soundtrack, mainly the boss rush theme! The original description for it is as follows:

"One of the biggest things I disliked about Repentance's boss rush theme was its lack of drive; for an onslaught of foes, one which you had to speed through the game to even see at all, it lacked a pulse, at least in my opinion. I wanted to bring that energy back in full force, to egg the player on to power through every foe who's done them dirty to that point. In fact, this was one of the first tracks made for the mod, and I think it came out really well!"
