This is a cool track. Really does sound like a movie soundtrack. Makes me feel like I'm in an investigation scene or something. The plucky motifs really help build the song.
Good job, I can see improvement in your work!
Well, it's been a more productive week for me, which means I managed to squeeze out some new tracks. This is one of these tracks. The other one will be released as soon as possible. It's part of an album that I'm making, called The Cult of Testificate 517, that will hopefully see it's release next month.
A little more about the track. It's a bit more oriented towards a real cinematic suspense, rather than ambient horror, like I did with preceding tracks that I made for this album. Layered with psychedelic high-pitched wind chimes, dusty string sections in the beginning part, but then picks up some pace later on, when a low-pass filtered Chinese drum introduces some rhythm, along with some darkened and slightly reverberated piano, synth plucks, and staccato strings.
I really like this one, because it really feels like it could be in a suspense scene in a movie. I also like what I did with the mixing, mastering, and fine tuning of the instruments. More stuff like this coming soon.
