Johnny and Toad arrive at Fortune

Sunlight, beaming all around!

And gold, piled high as mountains

They'll be rich forever!

"Mother - she'll be so proud of me!"

Exclaims the young, tired Spider.

"Will you help me carry some gold

back home to my Mother's web?"

But Toad gets up and goes to Johnny

Licked lips, he snaps up the Spider

He now has The Sign for Fortune

He got what he wanted.

And so ends The Spider's Journey

Swallowed by a greedy Toad

Johnny, so young, so naive
