I made this bad boy during one of my creative blocks. I started flipping through famous pictures and paintings online until I came across pictures of sand dunes and deserts. For some reason, that immediately unlocked a long-forgotten dream I once had where I was aimlessly walking around in a desert trying to get back to the city I used to work in (it was surrounded by desert). I came across a lot of wacky stuff during that adventure, but that wasn’t what inspired the vibe of this track. Instead, I was imagining a protagonist from a movie on a quest to find a lost artifact or some ancient civilization while trying to not be overcome by despair and defeat. Not to toot my own horn or anything, but I think that could be a cool premise for a movie! 

Anyways, I hope you like this track and I hope that I’ve captured that vibe well for you ^ ^
