nice:)
niiice sound, nice playing
This is another cover of my playing a famous jazz standard. This time it's the famous "Song For My Father."
note: I did this one a while back, and it was before I figured out how to make the backgrounds better, so the background quality is lackluster

Keep it up
Horace Silver tunes are sometimes deceptively hard, and "Song For My Father" is no exception. This tune is essentially a blues-based tune disguised as a bossa, and you kept your solo very specific to the blues tradition, but it is okay to get away from the blues scale. You may also like to look into your mouthpiece/reed setup, as it sounds as if you're overblowing it a bit. Overall, good job, and keep practicing--you'll get there.
