Yooooo that's awesome (~ ̄³ ̄)~ pretty dynamic and i love the little details in every second ( ˘ ³˘)♥ also its delay lama? The synth? Haha awesome!!
Hey guys, hope you are all well. I'm finally divorced, and retired from the service, and without internet, and officially a parent. I'm uploading from my phone due to lack of internet so I'll have to keep this short.
This track was a complete throwaway forgotten in my project folder from last year, when I first discovered Waves berzerk distortion and Meow Synth made good friends. I pushed myself to finish it from an 8 bar riff using only bass instruments, samples, and other free instruments in my library, then tossed in a Cajon and Bongo and a Dholak to top it off.
In this track you will hear:
Meow synth bass
Kawai v1 keys vst
CS One bass harmonies in L/R channel
NST (shit) choir
Waves Slapper bass melodies
PVC Tube for kontakt
808 Machine bass patches turned into plucks and electric guitar type shit
Insane modulated Delay Lama (free and super cool singing monk vst)
VPS Avenger house kick
Elsita soviet drum machine hihats (free)
X crash turned into a ride cymbal (free)
Spitfire Cinematic Percussion Cymbals
MuseScore drumline snares (sfz extraction tutorial in my newsposts)
Some snare samples I found on the internet for free
8Dio Cajon and Bongo for kontakt
Mystical Indian Percussion Dholak for kontact
Japanese percs and temple cymbals from my Adreanaline sample pack released in my newsposts
Moral of the story, one man's trash is another man's treasure. Let me know how it sounds!

Aww thanks! Yeah, I actually became a fan of Delay Lama once I realized you could use modulation to control the kinda unpredictable results using anything manual. It sounds pretty cool with two different Delay Lama tracks and a ping pong Delay for each, which is pretty much what I did here
If not for the breakdown in your description I wouldn't have noticed any of these plugins, nothing wrong with this song. Happy you didn't throw it out! Thanks for sharing and for the detailed breakdown that's always helpful to new producers.
EDIT: Through my monitors it sounds a bit over-compressed but I could be dead wrong.
It very possibly could be over compressed. I used a quick internet master on my phone and could probably have ticked another notch down on the compressor. Easy fix. I usually don't do house and only have monitor headphones so it's something to get used to haha. Thanks for the review!
