I like the cutesy mallet instrument at the beginning, but it sounds a tad indistinct in the mix, especially when the rest of the atmosphere fills in at :16. The kick at :31 also has a lot of treble tones for my tastes. The piece is certainly very catchy, and overall I really like the sound design. The main melody at :47 is great, but the instrument that plays it sounds a bit cheesy. The beat at :54 sounds nice and crisp, and that layered snare was a great choice. The ghostly atmosphere at the breakdown at 1:18 is pretty sweet, although I think the transition back into the refrain at 1:49 could’ve been a bit more smooth and gradual. Overall, I’m really liking the upbeat mood, instrumentation, rhythmic content, and atmosphere of this one, idimension! Keep it up. ^_^
