What a way to celebrate my 30th song... something not impressive, nor that great. I don't know why but this song put me in a slump for a while. Even commentating is somehow difficult. Like what is there to say about this track?

This has to be the first track I just felt like I had no idea what I was doing, and no matter what I tried it just didn't get better.

I tried submitting this to NGADM anyways, because I decided I wanted to enter competitions after all... and surprise surprise I didn't make it in.

Ah well, better luck next time!

It's pretty quiet and chill, but I could see this being really good background music. This is pretty much exactly what I wanted (a 120bpm loop) and there's just enough layering to keep it interesting while also being unobtrusive if voices or sound effects are being thrown on top of it.

What happened to your overembellished and maniacal descriptions?

I know that you took the piano and removed its bass entirely, but I personally am not a fan of that as it makes it sound tacky and cheap. When it comes to real instruments I like to use other tools like the filter and param eq to cut out the HIGH end, not the low end. Other than that, this song has a really unique atmosphere that does bring the vibes of elevator music in a way, but a dark version of an elevator music song. Nice percussion by the way; despite the beat being rather basic, it works due to the instrument choice and the weirdly complex usage of high hats. Makes it feel like a trap song at some parts. Also it’s a loop so there is no real end. I think this might be your best song yet. Keep it up!

Hah I would've had a lot more time to work on the description if my phone didn't decide to be a slow poke and take like 50 minutes to navigate the file system. I wanted to get the track uploaded for NGADM which I kinda decided at the last minute.
