The theme for the Gray Dungeon in the game Rogue and Defiance.
Gray Dungeon is originally the first dungeon in the game - which started as a "wouldn't it be cool if I could make a proper roguelike game with procedural generation?", hence the generic feel of this particular dungeon, starting from the color scheme, enemies, dungeon name, and the music.
The dungeon is supposed to feel pretty neutral and generic, and this music is supposed to reflect that - a generic dungeon theme in a dungeon crawler game, slightly dark and ominous, but not too much.
In-game, the Gray Dungeon is now the second dungeon, one of the shortest dungeons with the least amount of floors, but significantly harder than the first, tutorial-level dungeon. A short run, but challenging and compact, the enemies are not strong but your character doesn't get the chance to grow too strong either, only a few level-ups are available and many enemies die in one or two regular attacks and only move two squares, making attack range especially matter.
