This is fun to listen to! Was the theme at :31 inspired by the main theme of Octopath Traveler?
Sketched this for a new portfolio I was working on, tell me what you think!

Indeed!
This is great. Why no download though?
Sorry for the late response, just added the download option
I like the graceful flute harmonies at the beginning and the more energetic string lines at :28. The piece has a great sense of gradual climax and a strong melodic flair. The adventurous tone at 1:00 really helped the piece develop further, and it’s around this time that I get a strong sense of just how strong the mixing and mastering of this piece are. Also, you nailed the sound design - the orchestration is very well thought out, and also full of variety. The transition at 2:07 may have been a bit rough, but the percussion helps smooth it over. The ending also sounds a tad inconclusive, but maybe that’s just because you’ve left me wanting a lot more. Overall, fantastic piece, my friend. From the production quality to the composition, sound design to the atmosphere, there’s really not a lot to complain about here. Keep it up! ^_^

Thanks! :)
this is really nice. i think the way the brass enters at 1:00 is a little over the top and needlessly "epic" personally, i'd like there to be a more gradual shift into the full inception BWAAHs. otherwise, the orchestration is fantastic. strong main melody and good use of the entire ensemble, there's a real sense of journey and wonder in this. there's a brass note that gets cut off suddenly at 1:24, don't know if that's just a rendering error or if you misplaced something, but it would be worth fixing up if this is something you're using professionally. the reverb tail on the flute is cut off at the end of the render as well. phenomenal work, otherwise!

You got it spot on! It was a bug that I got lazy about fixing haha, thanks for the review
strong cadences and really nice variations + development!! the instrument textures are scored really nicely and they all work very well together with the dynamics :>
