It's Scottie 2, I decoded it with RX-SSTV
For those of you who think this is music: You are wrong.
This is a wav file of an SSTV transmission found in this website's popular video game: Friday Night Funkin.
SSTV is a popular mode amongst hobbyist radio enthusiasts (such as me), and is found throughout the whole radio bands in HAM frequencies.
The characteristics of the waveform are described as such, which, with the use of SSTV decoder software on one of the modes (Martin 2?).
The decoded image describes a possible leak of information on how the internet may have been formed ever since newgrounds took mainstream media, either by mass military (being the mainstream media/social media), and describes culture, turning itself into the already unusual forms it already is.
There is already a reddit article describing this very same transmission. What, how and why the developer decided to use this message is unknown, but it will possibly be stirring into its own Possible ARG, like Portal.
This audio is not mine, but was given to me by a friend. If you want to use advanced software to read some of the words, go ahead, be my guest.

Thanks Gwaffuy for the details.
There really needs to be an **audio** section, to post audio clips....I cannot find ANY legitimate place. Tom Fulp needs that added...
