This video-gamey ditty borrows heavily from The book of Prog Rock and is overall better for it. I originally set out to make a stupid heavy DOS rock midi but it evolved and changed as I slowly forgot how to math. I love making dorky .mid files with the default ass Microsoft soundfont. Mostly cause it's stupid easy and I love how bad the tones are.
The song is supposed to convey the feeling of rejecting a destiny, then eventually succumbing to it and accepting the corruption of predetermination.
And in his conquest against the plagued souls of the sick, his prowness was shown.
He stood clad in waxed leather, blessed with the protection of the herbs and tainted by vile and blood
He choose the path of perpetual healing, in his damned quest, he found no peace, wandering aimlessly through the villages, seeking more vermin to crush, vengance against the plague that took everything away from him
And those who recieved help from his tainted, leathered and cold hand named him
